Consent

You agree that your electronic signature — whether drawn, typed, or uploaded — has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, as provided by the U.S. ESIGN Act (15 U.S.C. §7001) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), and equivalent laws such as the EU eIDAS Regulation.

Records

Documents you sign will be delivered to you as PDF files by email and remain downloadable from your signing link. You need a device with an internet connection, a current web browser, and software capable of opening PDF files.

Audit trail

To make the record reliable, the sender’s system records the time of each action, your IP address and browser, and a cryptographic hash of every step. A certificate page summarising this trail is appended to the completed document.

Withdrawing consent

You may decline to sign electronically at any time by choosing “Decline to sign”, and contact the sender to arrange a paper copy instead. Declining does not affect documents you already signed.

Reply to the email that invited you to sign; it reaches the person who sent the document.
