Questions people ask before they sign up

What counts as a completed document?
A submission where every signer has finished and the sealed PDF was produced. Drafts, declined and expired requests don't count.
What happens if I go over?
We keep signing — nothing is blocked mid-contract. You'll get an email and we'll ask you to move up a plan the following month.
Can I self-host it?
AiroSign runs on AiroBase. Dedicated instances (your own database, storage and domain) are available on request — see Contact.
Is there a per-user fee?
No. Plans are priced on completed documents. Invite as many teammates as your plan allows at no extra cost.
Are the signatures legally binding?
Yes. AiroSign records intent, consent, attribution and integrity for every signature, which is what the U.S. ESIGN Act, UETA and the EU eIDAS regulation require of an electronic signature. See Security for details.
How do I pay?
During early access billing is handled manually by Airosofts LLC — you'll receive an invoice. Card billing is coming.
